Video Verification: To ensure and confirm the KYC details along with full understanding of business model of the Sapdeal. It is also to ensure that distributer shall be aware that Sapdeal is not providing any job opportunity to them. 2. Grievance Redressal Team: It investigates the problem or issues raised by any Independent Direct Seller/Distributer and provides impartial resolution. Grievance Redressal Team is available on all working days from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. 3. Online Compliance Team: It tracks the unethical activity against the Company by any insider or outsider i.e. Fake job posting in the name of the Sapdeal, fake articles or negative video posting against Sapdeal. It helps to remove these post, articles or video from cyber space.
